Questions

How do the alerts reach me?

Everything is delivered in Discord. After you subscribe, you’re added to the face2face deals server and the channels for your plan unlock automatically.

Which stores and marketplaces are covered?

Retail monitors cover Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Target, Walmart and Dollar General, including penny alerts. Marketplace monitors cover Vinted, Mercari, Craigslist, eBay and Facebook Marketplace.

What are penny alerts?

Dollar General periodically marks items down to $0.01 in its system. The penny scanner flags those items with the UPC so you can try to grab them in store. Availability is set by the retailer and varies by location.

Is there a free trial?

The Basic plan includes a free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged. The Advanced and Annual plans are billed from day one.

Can I choose which alerts I get?

Yes. You opt into the store-clearance and penny-alert roles you want, and set your own marketplace searches by keyword, category and region.
